We have a large, stunning warm gold 1950’s Alpina Bumper Automatic is store for you. The case is rolled in gold up to a thick 40-micron layer, it’s almost dripping gold. The bezel is relatively large, matching the beautifully curved lugs. The dial is in a gorgeous two-tone cream color, with a playful aspect, depending on how the dial catches the light, either the outer circle or the inner looks a shade darker or lighter. The indexes are raised and wonderfully faceted. This bold gold watch is completed by the powerhouse inside, which is the Alpina Bumper Automatic inhouse caliber 584, take a look at those huge bumper springs. When you move your wrist, you can actually feel and hear the bumper bashing against the large bumper springs. This rose gold gilded robust patented movement with sweep second was launched in 1945. We added a Khaki Tan shade Nato strap with gold-colored fixings, which complements the watch nicely. All in all, a great looking watch, in a good size...oops, I almost forgot to mention the crown, its dome shaped with 10 faceted sides, an amazing shape, not much grip mind you, but hey...you don't need to wind it, it's an automatic ㋡
