This Pierce Triple Date Moon-phase watch is pretty much identical to the chrome/steel version we have in our webstore. They are the same size, same movement caliber, heck even the moon has the same smile. The only difference is that this case is gold filled with a stainless steel case back, plus a couple of details such as, different watch hands, index and numbers, and the shape of the second hand. The gold filled case is a warm shade of gold and in superb condition. The gold colored watch hands are in Alpha style. The dial looks magnificent and is practically unblemished, the rose gold numerals and indexes are raised. The beautiful fine second hand is blued steel with a tear drop shape at the end. The half-moon on the date indicator is blue lacquered. The Swiss manual wind Pierce in-house Lever movement 103 (CLD) caliber was launched in 1950. The crystal is acrylic, clear and unscratched. All the calendar functions work perfectly.
